| how to put a wallpaper on your pc... | |
| 1. | download the picture by clicking the appropriate button below the preview version |
| 2. | open the picture and save it as a bitmap to your windows folder (i.e. C:\WINDOWS) (in case you have enabled Active Desktop converting is not necessary). |
| 3. | right click on your desktop, choose properties and select the desired picture as wallpaper |
| ...or on your mac... | |
| 1. | download the picture by pressing the mouse button a few seconds over the image, then choose 'Save this image as...' and save it to your disk |
| 2. | click on the apple symbol on the left of the menu bar, choose 'Control Panels' -> 'Appearance' -> 'Desktop' -> 'Place Picture...' and select the downloaded picture |

| in september 2000 two students (former ;-) were looking for some good, cool and high quality wallpapers. but all they found were lousy pictures on boring websites and plenty of nude girls. so the only way to solve this problem was to build an own site. three months and several long nights later this site went online. the aim was to do it all by theirselves - design, code and images. | |
